Tube shot blasting machine is designed for processing of tubes/pipes, round bars, round sections, gas steel bottles and other cylindrical elements external surfaces. Shotblasting process allows easier and faster cutting and welding of steel semi-finished products with clean surface, multiple increases in durability of surface-protective applications as coating, painting and enamelling.
Workpieces move through the tube shot blasting machine on conical cylindrical conveyor or on conveyor with skew rollers. Such form of the conveyor provides simultaneous rotation and transition movement of the product through the blasting machine, which is a condition for evenly blasted surface. Blasting wheels are made from wear-resistant materials with power from 5.5 to 30 kW providing efficient and quality shot blasting.
Shot blasting machine’s robust housing is protected by wear-resistant shields made from manganese steel liners. Series of rubber screens keep the abrasive inside the blasting machine in entry chamber and exit cleaning chamber.
High efficiency of the shot blasting machine is provided by the automatic and continuous abrasive handling and reclamation system for continued returning of the shot blasting media. Standard equipment includes: PLC, display, automatic or manual mode, automatic start-up of throwing wheels, working-hours counter, roller conveyor variable frequency drive, etc. PC shot blasting machines may be built into highly productive lines for basic paint application, including drying chamber, automatic painting chamber and drying tunnel.
All shot blasting machines have installed ir wheels, which can be upgraded to ir sm@rt wheel. In combination with ir sm@rt valve the operation of shot blasting machine is more effective and optimal.
