Continuous shot blasting machine for wire and bars is used for continuous descaling and shotblasting of wire / bars of different shapes and diameter from 5 to 80 mm, to prepare for further operations, such as drawing, rolling, galvanization, etc.

Inlet and outlet sealing chamber seals with screens that holds the abrasive in the shot blasting machine. Robust PZP shot blasting machine housing is additionally protected by wear resistant shields made from manganese steel in the shot blasting chamber.
Inside the continuous shot blasting machine for wire and bars are focusing plates made of wear resistant material (heat treated tool steel) which narrow the jet of abrasive (with rebound) from normal width 60 mm to the width of working piece.
This means that the energy of abrasive is directed to workpieces and that it is achieved maximum efficiency of the shot blasting machine.
It is possible to choose among different types of shot blasting machines with 3, 4 or 6 wheels. Number and power of wheels are defined by the thickness of the wire / bars and flow speed of wire / bars through the shot blasting machine.
All shot blasting machines have installed ir wheels, which can be upgraded to ir sm@rt wheel. In combination with ir sm@rt valve the operation of shot blasting machine is more effective and optimal.
