Continuous shot blasting machine with oscillating drum is used for shot blasting of casts different shapes and weights up to 100 kg and in large series, which are suitable for continuous flow through shot blasting machine. Capacities depend on the selection and construction of the shot blasting machine and are from 2,000 to 12,000 kg/h.
Transport type: PNB shot blasting machine is designed for continuous movement of the workpieces on the oscillating drum through shot blasting machine, so it is usually built into a system of line transport.
Working parts are loaded with lifting device (lift, fork lift) or through conveyor to vibrational conveyor located in the entrance of the blasting machine. Working parts are transported to the shot blasting machine, where they fall in oscillating drum.
Incline of the drum is regulated with hydraulic device for lifting and dropping. The drum in in upper part open construction, which allows us to direct the jet of abrasive, from throwing wheels which are built in the upper part of shot blasting machine housing, on parts which are blasted and transported through the drum. Because of the swinging drum, in time of continued transport through the shot blasting machine blasting parts are each other mixing and turning, which allows blasting on the whole surface of the blasting parts. In the outlet workpieces are through vibrational conveyor transported to appropriate boxes or to conveyor that leads to further operations. Continuous shot blasting machine with oscillating drum can be integrated in preservation line.
All shot blasting machines have installed ir wheels, which can be upgraded to ir sm@rt wheel. In combination with ir sm@rt valve the operation of shot blasting machine is more effective and optimal.
